Well I have no opposition so far this time. We're practically approaching this situation like how the Canon characters did in the second movie... Hooray! We're Eco-Terrorists!
Alright, Mauve Shirts. We are going to cause... A Stampede!

Only until we make it through this alive, will we have the right to earn that moniker.

Well to be fair, these guys are BioSyn, a rival company who's proven to be nefarious if their go-to solution to getting embryos is to shut the power off and run for it as everyone on Nublar dies. Less Eco-Terrorist and more.. "Security". Not to mention they did basically kidnap someone already.
==================
The plan is set up. Bill approaching the camp while Gary and Randy head for the Sauropod. To try and blend in best he can. Bill is feigning disorientation while keeping his rifle loosely slung over his back to act the role of a drunk poacher as he nears the gate. Fortunately whatever the majority of the group was called over for included the guards as they are not present and he's able to slip under the front gate. Now he's just stuck in an enclosed camp with dozens of highly dangerous, many of them partially drunk, and armed Homo sapiens.
"Oookay, time to wring that bonus pay outta Hammond," Bill whispered as he took a lay of the camp to decide what to do next.
Across the clearing, Randy and Gary approach the Mamenchisaurus; whom only briefly pauses to regard them before returning to its browsing. It's clearly going to need some coaxing to get moving, especially if it brushes off humans so easily. Nearby however there is the still smoking wreckage of an overturned and partially crushed jeep, indicating someone at the BioSyn group did manage to tick it off somehow.
"Big one ain't he?", Randy muttered while tapping at his chin.
"Hopefully, big enough to crash BioSyn's party; how do you suppose we get it moving?", Gary grumbled.
Bill, do you A. Try to blend in with the group and mingle amongst the other BioSyn employees at the gathering (action roll) B. Circle around the fringes of the camp acting like you're drunk and wandering to get to the power box? (stealth roll)
Randy, do you A. Inspect the dinosaur up close with your ghillie suit to see what you could learn about it at risk of being close? (skill roll + class bonus) B. Try lighting a road flare (7 left) and see how it reacts at risk of BioSyn seeing it? (skill roll)
Gary, do you A. Inspect the wrecked jeep to see if you could find a clue to how BioSyn provoked the Mamenchisaurus? (skill roll) B. Scout out the area with your night vision goggles for other clues? (skill roll)

Hmm should I look at the jeep or my surroundings? There is Tarb's advice in reviewing what nature has to offer yet that jeep is there for a reason...
Dive, I don't think you should use the flare yet considering the last time we tried it before getting the full context of a situation, it wasn't very effective.
Hmm i think going in drunk might be your best option V considering that the guys are also drunk and therefore potentially volatile and might catch you off guard if you attempt to socialize, but on the otherhand, you could also potentially gain information by risking it. A choice of sabotage or espionage.

Bill intentionally put a slur in his step, scooping up an empty beer bottle and holding it as he stumbled about in the background. Recalling where the power box was, he tried to work his way closer. Stealth roll! jSnWz7r5p_ 2 + roll 4 = 6!... Partial success!
Retracing his steps, smiling and laughing with a passing poachers who seemed quite eager to party it up. As he gets to the power box however, he catches the eye of someone.
"Had a bit too much have we? Unsafe to be stumbling about with a firearm, even if we've hit the big one. Or do you intend to drink your share?"
The voice called after him just as he got within ten feet of the box and generator.
Randy, being sure to keep his ghillie suit on and hiding in the shrubs, snuck up to the Mamenchisaurus. Getting within twenty feet from its pillar-like legs, he gave it a look. Skill roll! p_ 4 + roll 2 + role bonus 2 = 8!... Bonus success!
Looking close, Randy notices something glinting in the moonlight upon the creature's shoulder. As the Mamenchisaurus moves, it becomes dislodged and falls down before him. Picking it up, Randy finds himself holding a rifle bullet, crushed with a slight amount of dried blood and scales. Looking at the creature, it doesn't seem to be bleeding much from anywhere but a slight scratch. At some point it had been shot but such a shooting, likely using bullets meant for a 200lb human, did nothing to harm the 70,000lb dinosaur.
Gary meanwhile surveyed the jeep. The thing looks like a soda can a car had rolled over. Inspecting closer, he looks for clues. Skill roll! p_ 3 + roll 2 + 2 night vision binoculars = 7!... Success!
The jeep is completely totaled, and looking close at a nearby tree shows a piece of the torn off hood embedded in the trunk. It seems the one ton jeep wasn't just hit, it was punted off the ground with amazing force. And during the act of such, the items within were scattered about. Inspecting the ground around the tree, he finds an assault rifle. It's broken pretty badly, likely not repairable given the bent barrel and snapped clip. However, it does have one round left in the chamber and can shoot on last time. It's the same model as Bill's and had clearly been fired.
Gary and Randy meet back up and exchange what was found.
"It's been shot, not like it did much good," Randy held out the partially crushed bullet.
Gary held up the rifle, matching one of its bullets to Randy's, "And I think I know how. Someone must have taken a pot shot at it and it demonstrated why that's a bad idea."
Randy tapped at his chin, "Think it can ram the gate down?"
"If it can punt a jeep, it can manage... Now we just gotta get this living freight train moving..."
Bill, do you A. Ignore the noticed person and fake vomiting to further play the role of a drunk? (skill roll), written dialogue can give a bonus B. Turn and address whoever is speaking to you and try to throw off suspicion? (action roll), written dialogue can give a bonus
Randy, do you A. Suggest using the road flare (7 left) to get the Mamenchisaurus' attention, either by starting a fire or trying to draw it in with the light? (skill roll) B. Scout around to see if there is anything else that might be of use? (action roll)
Gary, do you A. Use your binoculars to try and check on Bill to see what's going on at the camp? (skill roll) B. Scout around to see if there is anything else that might be of use? (action roll) ··

Dive, i think we should scout around the area further. (Option B)
V, i think you should address him considering that he might think you to be unsafe around the power box if you act really smashed. Hmm, the guy seems concerned about you wandering around drunk with a firearm so try showing him that you have the safety on and that you're still stable enough to function...

"If you're really concerned about me and this... Gun, I've got the safety on. And no, I am not smashed, I've had exactly five bottles of, uh... Generic beer.", Bill quipped while tossing the bottle aside and shrugging.
Action roll! JPSzRwSAp_ 3 + roll 2 + 1 for dialogue = 6!... Partial success!
The man, wearing sunglasses at night and having a "secret agent" hat tilted his head, "Five can be enough. Empty your gun before you shoot your foot off."
Bill shrugged and complied, taking the clip out of his gun and stowing it in his pocket. It seemed to appease the overseer whom grunted in response and nodded.
"Save the ammo for the scaleys. Last thing we need is this base camp to turn into a buffet because someone got something's attention. Have another dip and keep your finger on the trigger again and you're sleeping outside the fence."
He started to walk off but paused, like something had just dawned on him. Glasses guy started to turn around, "And you're name was-"
"Dodgson! Dodgson! We need Dodgson here!", a voice cried out from the moshpit of celebrating poachers. Another voice, a bit less clear but obviously Levine, was crying out about something as an animal screamed out in alarm calls.
Dodgson swore and stormed off, thankfully leaving Bill alone. Reprieved, he took to the power box and pried it open, seeing two large circuit breakers.
Searching around the wreckage, Randy and Gary uncovered something that had tumbled out of the jeep. A small, ATV, just barely big enough for two people. It was leaking fuel with no way to patch it and obviously on it's last legs, but just might be operable for a short while.
"Hmmm."
"Something on your mind Randy?"
Randy eyed the gun, the ATV, and the sauropod dinosaur.
"Can you drive that thing?", he quipped.
Gary gave it a once over and could only shrug, "For five minutes maybe. Things about to kill over. What's on your mind?"
Randy and Gary, do you A. Propose intentionally shooting the Mamenchisaurus and then riding to the camp on the ATV to draw it there? (skill roll and action roll by both Randy and Gary) B. Propose driving the ATV and luring the Mamenchisaurus with a flare to get it to go towards the camp? (skill roll and action roll by both Randy and Gary) C. A but running on foot rather than using the ATV D. B but running on foot rather than using the ATV + Bonus points for doing the dialogue yourselves
Bill, do you A. Dismantle the fence power by going at the left breaker with the label "close circuit"? (skill roll + role bonus) B. Dismantle the fence power by going at the right breaker with the label "open circuit"? (skill roll + role bonus)

V, i think open circuit is the one that shuts it off.
So Dive, what do you think we should do?

Well, we're not shooting this thing. I want to lure it into the camp, not piss it off. So, we take one of my flares, and the ATV, and lure it into the camp (Option B), then we run like hell to Levine.

(Option B)
Got any ideas for writing to get that extra point?

Randy: This is a really dumb idea. But, I'd rather have it curious, than pissed off.

Gary: And who's to say that this creature will not be disinterested in our plans? But nonetheless, we must proceed onwards, let us pray to God that this behemoth does not deign to smite us...

Hmm... I think Option B sounds good.
Bill: "I'm not surprised Bio-something can't even guard this circuit box... I mean, no man would make what shuts the fences off so very damn obvious!"

Double roll, skill (Randy) and action (Gary). zYwvrSu0p_p_ 4 + 3 + roll 3 + roll 4 + 2 for dialogue bonus = 16!... Partial Success!
Getting on the ATV, Gary driving with Randy on the back, Randy successfully lights a flare and waves it about. The Mamenchisaurus looks at the flare curiously before approaching, its massive footsteps thundering the earth. It lets out a loud, long call that sounds almost like an air raid siren with its approach; earning the attention of everyone in the BioSyn camp and masking the sound of the ATV it's following.
The distraction keeps anyone from noticing Bill as he tinkers at the power console. Skill roll! p_ 3 + roll 5 + role bonus 1 = 9!... Success!
He successfully reroutes the settings to "open circuit" and the fence's humming slows, running on just residual power that will gradually go away in a few minutes.
However things take a turn. As the Mamenchisaurus closes in on the camp, it stops at the fence. Perhaps it remembers being in captivity and thinks there is a much more substantial charge but it's smart enough to not just wander into it even if it is chasing the flare.
"Daaamn iit, come on! Just knock it over!", Gary swore as the sauropod just looked at the camp while taking a few steps back.
As it looms over the camp, lit up by the fire and spotlights, the massive dinosaur rears in surprise and begins to back away. What's more, the flare didn't go unnoticed. Just as Bill closes the sabotaged box, he hears the tell tale sign of a shotgun racking.
"Take me for a fool?"
He puts his hands up and looks over his shoulder to see Lewis Dodgson and several other BioSyn mercs several feet away with weapons poised. A poacher runs up from the camp.
"Boss, the big one that totaled Kal's jeep's back!"
"I noticed!", Dodgson snapped, "Seems the good Dr. Levine wasn't alone after all. Quite the plan, till I saw your friend's flare. Now did you plan on walking out of the camp like you walked in? Who are you with? Spill from your mouth before I start making new holes."
Bill, do you A. Keep calm and keep Dodgson talking to try and buy time? (action roll, dialogue bonus) B. Turn and try to clock Dodgson with your boltcutters? (action roll)
Randy and Gary, do you -Freestyle turn. You must provoke the Mamenchisaurus into attacking or charging forward in one turn to save Bill, your gear includes the Tranquilizer gun (9 shots left), road flares (7 left), a knife, the ATV itself which is leaking fuel, and the one-shot left rifle. ··

V, keep Dodgson busy buy talking. Dive, f**k the plan of getting it curious, we're going to piss it off. I could provoke it with the one-shot rifle, while you could set up the ATV as a bomb with your flares. I have the basic idea, but I'm not sure how to effectively execute it...

Option A
"Look, I've had a horrid, terrible, no good day, having gotten impaled by a Stego-whatsit's thagomizer just a few hours after setting up shop and nearly getting eaten by Compies in the forest. Not to mention chopping off one of your snare traps off a poor Croc-head's leg... Ahem. So, we've got a few options here: Number one: I stupidly attempt to run away, get peppered with bullets and become long pork carrion for the compies. Number two: I close this breaker and restore power for you, thus ending up a prisoner alongside that smart-arse Levine and letting you win and potentially create 'Prehistoric Reserve' or whatever. And finally, Number three: I just stand here, doing absolutely nothing with my arms over my head until some coincidence happens involving... something."
Bill then kicked a stick up in the air, grabbing it in his mouth in order to draw attention to himself and away from the cries of the Mamenchisaurus. Sure, he didn't like that, but he had to make sure this 'Dodgeson' guy wouldn't notice.

Okay, I think I've got it. We drive the ATV behind it, then use a flare to light the fuel that's leaking out. Once the fire's up, hopefully, it's survival instincts take over and it barrels through the fence. What do you think?

Do you think the ATV is stable enough to last another trip? I still propose shooting it after the explosion.

Okay, I was just spitballing. So, we blow up the ATV to startle it.

But behind it might be a good spot. And as it's startled, I will shoot it. It's been shot before so it may recognize the action and go like "Ah, You!" with some angry recognition.
