I choose B. Dive, use the smoke bomb on Ulti. V... Fire the flare at Ulti.
Gary: Bill, Randy, the damn thing's gonna shank Cas with its horns. I still need to take a breather, but Randy, I want you to lob a smoke bomb to cover that thing's eyesight of Cas while Bill will use the flare gun to temporarily grab its attention as Cas recovers. Here's hoping you two pitch a perfect game.

Let's fire the flare gun at Castiel's attacker because old Ultima is part Tyrannosaurus, which is a species that is easily distracted by flares.
Bill: "Hey you! I've got a question: Ya like flares?"

Option A.
"Like my friend, Doctor Krieger, always says: SMOKE BOMB!"
(If that's not correct grammar, feel free to fix it)
EDIT: I'm amazed it took me this long to make an Archer joke.

Castiel dug her heels in as she took in a very deep breath before loosed the strongest, loudest roar she possibly could. The very air shook and vibrated at the thundering call! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHaaAARRUUUUUUUUUUUAG! Skill roll! jqmyv797p_ 3 + roll 6 + dialogue bonus 1 = 10!... Success!
The Ultimasaurus' focus was thrown off by having its ear drums virtually blown out. It threw its head up and forward in shock, bucking Castiel off itself and sending her backpedaling into the communication's building (Player -5HP) but not managing the goring or slamming attack it had intended [which would have been -40 HP FYI). It shook its head and backpedaled, roaring loudly at the briefly dazed Suchomimus catching her breath as she leaned against the building, thoroughly winded from holding off the charge.
Gary pulled himself up against some rubble and watched the paused brawl, still too weak to rise just yet but getting there, "Bill, Randy, the damn thing's gonna shank Cas with its horns again if we don't give her an opening. I still need to take a breather, but Randy, I want you to lob a smoke bomb to cover that thing's eyesight of Cas while Bill will use the flare gun to temporarily grab its attention as Cas recovers."
Randy shrugged and flipped up the smoke bomb, "Like my friend, Doctor Krieger, always says: SMOKE BOMB!"
Bill rose up and walked out into the open after lock and loading the flare gun, having the guts to shout as he opened fire, "Hey you! I've got a question: Ya like flares?"
"Here's hoping you two pitch a perfect game!", Gary grunted as he worked himself to his feet.
The smoke bomb and flare were fired in tandem.
Double Skill roll! p_p_ 4 + 3 + roll 7 + dialogue bonus 2 = 16!... SUCCESS!
The smoke bomb landed perfectly in the hybrid monsters' horns. The explosion begot a billowing smoke clouded out the Ultimasaurus' vision and stung it's eyes. Blinded and thrashing about the creature instinctively locked its eyes upon the flare that pinged off it shoulder after receiving a minor burn (Enemy -5HP). Snarling and chasing the flare that rapidly bounced away from it, the Ultimasaurus flipped the parked jeep in front of it into the air as if it were a toy, sending it unintentionally flying towards the team.
Ultimasaurus HP - 265 Castiel HP - 130
Dive's turn, do you A. Have Castiel tackle the hybrid while it's distracted from the side and try to slash at it? (action roll) B. Let out an even louder roar to boost morale and call out? (skill roll, minor HP gain and +1 to next roll) C. Run down the back of the mainstreet and try to circle around the hybrid for a sneak attack? (stealth roll)
Gary, do you A. Duck behind cover and try to shoot the Ultimasaurus with the tranquilizer rifle to daze it? (action roll) B. Grab Levine and pull both of yourselves into the freezer from earlier for cover? (stealth roll + role bonus)
Bill, do you A. Rig up a fallen cable nearby to emit a big charge and try to cause the Ultimasaurus to step on it? (skill roll + role bonus) B. Use Randy's gun or Gary's rifle (pick one from them with permission) and shoot at the hybrid while running to the side to draw attention? (action roll) ··

Dive, go for B. V, rig up the cable.
I'll go for B so that Levine does not end up as collateral.
Gary: Looks like we'll have to retreat to the freezer for cover, Levine. The freezer with the... Corpses of people inside it... I just hope to God that we don't end up being one of them.
EDIT: Ultimasaurus is male, and his name will be... Ulti Zera.

Castiel groaned and slumped against the building, momentary winded as she watched three small figures move and attract the confused hybrid's attention. Gary was quick to grab the still comatose or delirious Levine and start dragging him to safety.
""Looks like we'll have to retreat to the freezer for cover, Levine. The freezer with the... Corpses of people inside it... I just hope to God that we don't end up being one of them," he mutter grimly as Bill and Randy shot up from the ground shaking.
"We got company!" Randy yelped as the Ultimasaurus started stalking closer, emitting a crocodile like hiss as the ground rumbled with every step.
Bill's eyes darted around for options other than trying to shoot the flare gun again, a low crackle catching his attention. Locking his vision upon a severed cable and fuse box was still partially hooked in, he rushed to the latter and started flipping switches. By now the Ultimsaurus was right up next to the fallen building and crouching down to reach in.
Bill noted the sight and setting. Week ago he was in his EPA office, and in the last few days he'd been chased by goring herbivores, nearly envenomated by packed of scavengers, almost flattened by a rampaging long-necked titan, confronted multiple superpredators, and now was fighting a mad-science experience gone horribly wrong or horribly right depending on who you asked.
He just shrugged and shook his head as he picked up the cable, "I do believe this venture is very bizarre."
Stealth roll! Skill roll! SIZpNLL_p_p_
3 + 3 + 4 + 6 + role bonus 2 + role bonus 2 + dialogue bonus 1 = 18!... Bonus success! (yaaaay, Levine didn't die!)
The cable was thrown into the hybrid monster's arm, shocking it and causing it to whiplash back (Enemy - 5HP); avoiding a swipe at the team and instead managing to claw out the remains of some rubble and uncover the still comatose Dr. Atherton. The team ducked back into the safety of the freezer as the hybrid recovered and was about to go after them until it smelled the scent of human. Atherton weakly groaned, still heavily tranquilized as well as probably suffering some blunt force trauma and concussions from the building being brought down. He could only grunt in pain and surprise when he was impaled by several massive claws and brought up into equally hellish set of jaws. Sharp fangs and a serrated beak carved into him quickly, causing a sickening popping sound as he was smashed to pull with the last gasp of air exploding out of his ruptured lungs. Gore dribbled down an already red face as creation devoured its creator (Enemy +5 HP). One could only hope and pray some fragment of Atherton was not still conscience when his shattered body was swallowed whole. It would be fortunate that his family would still think that he peacefully died of heart complications and science would remember him as a man of wisdom and ambition, not manic inventor whom stooped to surpass nature and paid the horrible price.
The InGen team ducked down in the freezer, hoping the chopper was inbound soon and Castiel had caught her breath and the moment they had bought her. Thankfully, at least the latter was true.
The Suchomimus, seeking to gain the hybrids attention away from the humans, stomped her feet into the ground and through subtlety out the window. drawing in the strongest breath she could, Castiel lurched up and roared of thunder into the cloudy sky. Rain began to drizzle down from the sky, as if called down while the crocodile-mimic dinosaur continued her call. The vigor it gave her in the sense of dampness from the familiar rain steel her nerves. She was up against a creature much larger and much stronger than she was, but sheer power, agility, and wit do not always determine the fight. Sometimes something that someone needs most is guts to fuel determined morale.
Skill roll!
p_
4 + 6 + dialogue bonus 1 = 11!... BONUS SUCCESS!
AAARrRRRRUUUUAAAAAAGH!
(Player +10 HP, +1 boost to next two rolls)
The Ultimsaurus turned itself around and faced its foe, rain pinging off its armored head and rolling down its horns and frill. It answered the call with the like, emitting a roar akin to an Tyrannosaurus' mixed with an air raid siren.
ROOOOOOAAAUAUUUU AAAAAA-AAA-AAAAAH AAAAAAAUURRR ROOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
The two faced each other and started to circle one another in the rainy square, eyes narrowed and bodies tensed. But in the distance, unbeknownst to the hybrid, something heard Castiel. A few kilometers away from the embryonic compound, a tree was knocked over and towards of birds shot up into the stormy sky to get away from something. Close by, of pair of eyes watched the confrontation from high up on the communications platform. One with dampened feathers hissed and one of wet scales sneered, one smelling an unnatural sent she really did not like any other smelling human blood that drove her into a frenzy. Claws tapped the roof, ready just in case.
Ultimasaurus HP - 265 Castiel HP - 140
Vman's turn, do you A. Charge under a thunder crack's distraction and knock the hybrid off balance and go for a neck bite? (action roll) B. Bait a charge and tail smack the hybrid across the middle to make it hit the communications building? (skill roll) C. Backpedal, roaring and screeching to antagonist the hybrid into chasing Castiel around the buildings? (stealth roll)

V, go for C.
Gary: And here I thought Giant Monsters were a Japanese problem, but God damn me if I did not find that f**king amazing. I feel little sorrow for Atherton's demise, I looked into that old man's eyes and knew that there was no hope for his redemption, he had strayed too far and deep into his dark path. Still I can't help but wonder what drove him into this madman's pursuit?
EDIT: V, go for A instead. My heart tells me that we should go for A.

Well I know it doesn't sound logical, but my gut is starting to tell me that we should try a different approach than running away in this roll. Ulti isn't that much slower than Cas and might be able to catch up to Cas now that it has its attention on her. And it might wise up to repeatedly used tactics, it is manic but we shouldn't presume that it's dumb.

Gary couldn't help but shake his head at Atherton's fate even as he saw the clash of titans squaring off, "And here I thought Giant Monsters were a Japanese problem, but God damn me if I did not find that f**king amazing. I feel little sorrow for Atherton's demise, I looked into that old man's eyes and knew that there was no hope for his redemption, he had strayed too far and deep into his dark path. Still I can't help but wonder what drove him into this madman's pursuit?" "Reaching end of his life and saw his student exceed him, can damage pride for some folks," Randy shrugged, "He wanted to master nature, Wu just wanted to work with it. Guess Wu achieving most of the former really messed with his pride to the point he'd let a jackass like that Penward guy you talked to be devil on his shoulder. For some, achievement means everything." "You know, no matter how dark or deadly knowledge can be, losing its creator without getting to spread to others is always a sad affair," Bill noted with a nod as he watched the manic hybrid and remembered were the blood on it came from. Randy watched the circling massive theropods and felt a resolve as his body recuperated from the previous strains. If he ran out now, he'd just be a tired sitting duck and get in the way; he could just hope Castiel could hold out long enough for them to help her. The size difference between her and her foe left it clear who'd win in a head to head brawl. There had to be a way to help her though... "Cas! Keep that thing off our asses! We'll see about getting you some backup!" Castiel heard the humans but kept her focus on the Ultimasaurus. She narrowed her eyes and lunged forward at the crack of thunder and lighting, briefly masked in movement by the contrasting light and dark and allowing her to close the distance quickly. Over six tons of Spinosaurid thundered across the compound and was upon her foe just as the hybrid tried to brace. VGgHwMiNp_3 + roll 2 + dialogue bonus 2 + bonus 1 = 8!... BONUS Success! (and just enough for something else! ) Force equals mass time acceleration and 6,000 kilograms of Suchomimus accelerating to 11 meters to per second was bound to hit hard. Had the hybrid not had large mass or braced at the last moment the impact that shoved it against the gas station would have toppled it (Enemy -20 HP) and chomped down on its throat (Enemy -10 HP). The Ultimasaurus' armor saved it from having its throat torn into greatly, aided by a Suchomimus not having the highest bite force in the world to chomp through all those neck muscles. The Ultimasaurus roared in rage and slashed Castiel along the sides with its claws to dislodge her as it thrashed (Player -20 HP). But like a rabid dog, she hung in there before finally calling out in pain when one claw raked across her torso. The hybrid thrashed and shoved the crocodile-mimic, sending her sprawling across the street near the communications building until she hit the wall (Player -5 HP). But as the hybrid stalked forward to perform a take-down on the fallen theropod, the flash of lightning revealed two airborne objects leading down from the communication's tower. Recovered from their own fight, Kuro Hime and Bloody Yandere pounced upon the hybrid and dug their claws into its upper legs (Enemy -5 HP). The natural Deinonychus knew a threat when she saw one and the altered variant followed her new alpha and the scent of human blood. The Ultimasaurus thrashed about to try and dislodge them, as while they failed to do much damage they still stung at its flanks and spurred its wrath away from Castiel. (PLAYER 2 AND 3 HAVE JOINED THE BATTLE!) Ultimasaurus HP - 230 Castiel HP - 115 Bloody Yandere HP - 20 Kuro Hime HP - 18Tem, does Castiel A. Stalk back and recover from the blow to attack the hybrid's tail or legs? (stealth roll) B. Jump up and headbutt the distracted hybrid into the building by ramming into its chest? (action roll) C. Bite one of its arms and lock the other with your claws to restrict its movements? (skill roll) Dive, does Bloody Yandere A. Jump off the hybrid and bark at it from the rooftop to distract it? (skill roll, pack bonus if Kuro Hime does the same) B. Run along the Ultimasaurus' back and try to attack the face? (action roll) Vman, does Kuro Hime A. Jump off the hybrid and bark at it from the rooftop to distract it? (skill roll, pack bonus if Bloody Yandere does the same) B. Crawl along the side and try to attack the less armored belly? (action roll)
