Just to note, you CAN electrify and brace the door at the same time without shocking yourselves. Inside surface, save the handle and frame, is insulated.

Okay, since I dropped my medkit and my flare supply has become a running joke at this point, Imma replace them with the smoke bombs and rope (Option A).
Also, Tarb, not that it would change the result, my skill rating is 4, not 3.

Still writing the post now but I'm just going to let you all know I'm happy you decided to change your answers. Had no one in braced or electrified that door, it would have rammed it down and mauled Randy, probably killing Dive's run unless he got a lucky roll with a clutch smoke bomb to stall for time and gimping Bill and Gary with a lost hand on deck. Now you at least have a chance.

But again, we're in no position to do so.
*sigh* We should've gone for stealth, but to be fair, we're all at fault since diplomacy was an unanimous decision.

Gary helped pull his comrades inside, "It's always the same with these egomaniacal environmental villains who try to control nature. Forge a biological weapon for military purposes or create monstrosities to usurp humanity. For profit, power, or a twisted belief in Survival of The Fittest. They really need to diversify their interests, eh Randy?"
Before he could crack a smirk at his snark, Gary's face paled when he saw the monstrosity chasing Bill and Randy, bearing down on the door.
"S*** **** ****! Levine! Be useful again!", Gary barked as he slammed the door shut and shoved his shoulder up against it to brace; Levine following suit. He peaked out the peep-hole, knowing he had to time it right to push forward just as it hit the door to give them the best chance of not getting knocked over or the door busted into.
"Push on 3rd mark...1....2...INCOMING!"
Action roll! BSfQq0Ncp_ 3 + roll 6 + dialogue bonus 2 + Levine assist 4 = 15!... Bonus success!
Their shove wasn't just well-timed, it was perfectly times. The 140kg something pound Deinonychus hybrid rantings of the door just as a combine 200+kg pound mass of Levine and Gary shoved forward and the forces equaled out perfectly. The door didn't get smashed into were smashed outwards, holding.
"We gotta rush out another way, don't think we'll get another perfect one like that!" Randy barked as he ditched his few remaining flares and loaded the rope and smoke bombs onto his person, swearing under his breath from the pain of his bleeding.
"No good, I barricaded the back way," Gary groaned.
"What about him?" Bill piped as he pointed to Crowley chirping at them from the stairwell it was running up.
"Seems he wants to get away from that thing but would know not to go for a dead end. Might be another route up-top."
"We'll have to chance it but we gotta keep this bugger back for just a moment to get clear!"
Bill spied the fuse box next to the door and narrowed his eyes, "Can. Do!"
Ripping open the box, Bill used his cutters to snap open the wires and worked through them to find the right one.
Skill roll! p_ 3 + roll 4 + dialogue bonus 1 + role bonus 2 = 10!... Success!
"Well, it seems I'll get to smite some poor Jedi dinosaurs now..." he quipped as he lodged the positive and negative wires into the doorframe and doorknob while doing his best Darth Sideous impression, "Now, fulfill your destiny!"
The hybrid shrieked and charged the door again as Levine and Randy held it. This time while it did manage to push them back with such force they got knocked off of the door, the fuse box barked and an audible shriek with heard outside. The creature had grabbed the knob, possibly on instinct or training, and was getting repeatedly shocked in doing so. The fuse box, already low on power because of Atherton's complex hogging most of the electricity, began to spark and crackle; fading fast.
"Won't hold it for long! Follow that Compy!" Bill yelped as he charged up the stairs going up a tower.
Running up the stairs the three found themselves at the roof top that housed the communications dish. Crowley chirped again and hopped up on a very thick, dead power line, running down it and following it towards the utility building and gas station. The team was left at a crossroads. There was a series of lower rooftops they could try to jump down onto, but there was a risk of injury from falls and collapsing roofs. They could try tight-roping the power cable at risk of losing balance. Or they could try to make a stand. The sparking down stairs died and the door was smashed in, the creature would soon be up to them this is it smelled they've gone up the stairs and followed Randy's blood.
Gary, do you A. Try to tight-rope walk the power line? (action roll) B. Jump/climb down to the subsequent rooftops and follow them to the other buildings? (action roll) C. Attempt to shoot the creature with tranquilizer rifle or knife fight it (pick one or pass one to a teammate) when it emerges from the doorway? (action roll)
Bill, do you A. Try to tight-rope walk the power line? (action roll) B. Jump/climb down to the subsequent rooftops and follow them to the other buildings? (action roll) C. Attempt to fight the creature with your flares or boltcutters (pick one or pass one to a teammate) when it emerges from the doorway? (action roll)
Randy, do you A. Try to tight-rope walk the power line? (action roll) B. Jump/climb down to the subsequent rooftops and follow them to the other buildings? (action roll) C. Chance using the rope, cut into pieces for each of you with Bill's cutters and Gary's knife, to jerry rig zip-lines to swing down to the buildings using the cable? (action roll) ·

So should we make a stand? Yes It's risky but I think we MIGHT be able to beat it right here and now. I could tranq it when it's distracted by V's flare while Dive could make rope for us while being assisted by Levine?
EDIT: Ohh and to answer me and V's question, is this RPG part of the Bridge Amalgamverse?

I'd be willing to try making rope for us, especially since I'm hurt and wouldn't be much help in a fight.
Yo Tarb, what are the chances of this place having first aid?

Optional canon, given the JP series is. I'd say you could take it as such, but not necessary for it to be.
As for first aid, these buildings used to be the main areas of supplies, storage, and relaxation for the workers on the island. With dangerous animals, equipment hazards, and a decent sized population about; it is very likely there are some medical supplies around the compound.

This story can be Bridge Canon since Tarb said so. Anyway, Tarb, we got our plan ready.
V, will use a flare to distract the Raptor's attention from me while I use the time to line up a clean tranq shot, Dive will have Levine assist him in using our knife and boltcutters to divide the ropes into jerry rig ziplines.
Gary: Alright guys, this is a make or break moment. If you're terrified of dying then don't worry, I feel the same way.

So that means The Lost World in canon never happened, and we got to the Island instead, not to mention Carnosaur being a factor as well. Say, were the dinosaurs created through mana and science?

Dinos being recreated by mana and science? I think Tarb said before that was true with the Pre-Toba civilizations and that's how the modern scientists were able to obtain the genetic material, solely using science to make what we see now.

Oh. So the scientists from before the extinction recreated all of the dinosaurs with their mana, then when those dinosaurs died, we came along and used advanced science to clone the clones?

I think that's about right since logically any genetic samples over sixty five million years old would've already been degraded.

"Pass me the knife and cutters!", Randy yelped as he pulled out the rope cord and eyes the powerline, Bill and Gary pulling out the knife and boltcutters and tossing them to him and Levine.
"Hold it off a tic, we'll make us our escape route!" He barked between wincing at is wound, some more his blood dribbling out onto the roof.
"Right then," Bill muttered as he steeled himself at the noise of the raptor rushing up the stairwell towards them with no doubt a large portion of bloodlust.
"Hold it off or stop it here, didn't think I signed up for this we made a pact," he noted that he pulled out a flare.
Gary paused for a moment before signing and pulling up his tranquilizer rifle, loading in a dart with a small smile across his face. "Was wondering when you're gonna bring that up..."
The pounding footsteps grew louder and year reassure each that ignited every primal fear the group had called out. The altered Deinonychus was almost upon them as two of them made their stand and the other two prepped for the retreat.
"Alright guys, this is a make or break moment. If you're terrified of dying then don't worry," he grunted as he sighted his rifle upon the doorway, "I feel the same way."
The Deinonychus emit a roaring bellow and rammed into the door, driven into a frenzy at the scent of Randy's blood, knocking it off its hinges. It was dead set at getting to the blood and attacking it, and anything else the gotten its way.
Bill ignited and lunged forth a flare just before Gary fired the air rifle.
Double Action roll! UFD6xCVqp_ p_ 3 + 3 + roll 4 + roll 3 + dialogue bonus 1 = 15!... Success!
The altered raptor lunged back from the blinding light, hissing as it backpedaled in surprise. Gary lined up the shot with the largest area on its body to assure a good hit and aimed for its haunches just above where the leg connected. The air rifle let out a lout "POOOFT!" and soon the red feathered tuft on the back of the door appeared on the creature's leg, even though it had shifted at the last moment and almost dodged it. The altered raptor hissed and shrieked, jumping away and behind the access door way for cover. Dizzied, but not falling just yet. It peered out from behind its cover briefly, hyperventilating before ducking back in.
"Raaan, hurry up with that escape clause!" Bill roared as he held out the flare for protection just in case the creature came back at him.
"Almost got it!" p_ 3 + roll 3 + Levine assist 3 - 1 from bleed damage = 8!... Success!
"Done! Come on!", he cried as he and Levine threw the lines to the others and prayed that the rope would hold.
Bill and Gary quickly took their things and join the others at the cable, fishing there chords one by one around the cable. Gary, in the front, steeled his breath.
"Here goes!"
He clenched up and swung down, kicking off the wall in beginning to the zip line down the cable's long length. It held, as did his rope. Randy followed suit, then Bill. But just as Dr. Levine got his turn, a familiar scream cried out.
"Oh dear..." Levine muttered as he paled, jumping off just as the recovered raptor lunged at him and just barely missed.
A half spent dart was thrown past the party and the raptor, while a bit unsteady, stood at the base of the cable.
"I'm afraid one of the alterations I made was an overactive adrenal gland. As soon as it smelled the blood, the hunt was on and it became as unstoppable was a locomotive," Atherton chimed from is speakers, "Add in the fact it is conscious and dexterous enough to pull the dart out before it has full effect, it will take more than just one good shot to pin it down. I engineers my improvements with application towards facing opponents with firearms, did you really think I'd overlook a paltry tranquilizer gun?"
The raptor hissed and looked at the wire, tensing up its body is the dizziness started to wane more and more. The four called out, trying to speed along their descent to get more distance and Gary tried to bring up his gun again but couldn't aim through his comrades, or even risk a potshot without hitting one of them! The altered Deinonychus lurched out and leaped upon the cable, hooking its claws along it to grab on. But the added mass was too much for the cable to take and it snapped. The four InGen party members cried out as they, close to the gas station already, crashed through the windows as they fell; the altered beast tumbling down into the roof of the utilities shed and smashing through the aged wood.
Sprawled out after sliding across the floor, the party slowly began to gather themselves. There was the distant sound of breaking would, indicating the wrapped her might have been trapped at the moment but it wouldn't be soon, and with Randy's blood driving it to a target it would be able to find where they were. The gas station also is not as heavily built as the communications building, with big wide window displays that are already cracked and easily smashed through to gain access. And you might not be alone in there...
Gary, do you A. Investigate the north side of the gas station interior for something of use? B. Investigate the south side of the gas station interior for something of use? C. Cut off part of the ghillie suit (reduces effectiveness by 1) to make a bandage for Randy to stem the bleeding? (skill roll)

Use Gary's knife to cut off part of the ghillie suit (reduces effectiveness by 1) to make a bandage for Randy to stem the bleeding? (skill roll)

Not that it'd affect the outcome but I think you should add the scope bonus.
I choose B.
Gary: Ahh son of a b*tch, should've known that he'd have a counter for it, but all things considered, it was our best option given your injury, Randy. Use the knife and Ghillie Suit for a makeshift bandage to stem the bleeding. Imperfect, but workable. Bill, clean up this blood to at least try covering our tracks. I'll look to the south of this building for anything of use. (Internal thoughts of Gary: I swear to God, I'm trying everything within my power to keep the team alive, will it be a matter of time before one of us dies?)
Dive, go for C until we find something better, and have Levine assist you again.
V, mop up.

Gary growled and stomped, trying to keep an eye out to listen to when the creature might been recovering from its fall and cursing Atherton. "Ahh son of a b*tch, should've known that he'd have a counter for it!" He growled before shrugging and gathering up to his feet, "But all things considered, it was our best option given your injury, Randy. We should try to bandage that..." Randy, Fully aware of how bad it looked, winced and checked on his wound, seeing the blood had spilled out already. He eyed it and his ghillie suit, "Well, if this thing's purpose is to hide things, maybe it can hide the fact that I'm probably going into shock." "Hey, Gary?" he grunted as he drew an idea, "Pass me that knife, I need to cut myself up a pressure bandage or else I'm gonna bleed out after that last stunt." Gary flipped it out and passed it by the handle, "What you gonna use for cloth?" Randy reluctantly held up his ghillie suit, "I can keep most of it in one piece but doubt I'll be fully useful now that were locked inside the compound. I might suck at stealth but I don't risk it now I bite it from blood loss." Randy cut off a piece of the ghillie suit's leg, trying not to take too much off but knowing he had to take a good amount to wrap around his middle tightly. Levine crouched down next to him and helped to hold the wound closed, "Allow me. I am a doctor after all." "Thought you were a biologist? Wrong kind of doctor." "Semantics," Levine shrugged with a wave of his hand. Now it was just a matter of its to get a good not in was shaky fingers and a dizzied head after the crash. Skill roll! POMDmwybp_4 + roll 3 + dialogue bonus 2 = 9!... Success! Managing a perfect pressure knot despite all the difficulty, Randy sighed in relief as he leaned back against the shelf to catch his breath. The bandage would hold good enough for it to seal and not make him bleed everywhere. Now there was just a matter of the blood puddle that already accumulated. "That should do it," Gary noted, "Imperfect, but workable. Bill, clean up this blood to at least try covering our tracks. I'll look to the south of this building for anything of use." Bill pitched up a mop, "I wonder, was Palpatine ever a janitor? If so, he probably just mopped up spilled bantha milk on whatever planet he was born on... Or not." Randy chuckled, a welcome tiny respite. "Then again, Sith training is pretty exhaustive. Plageus might have made him do it." Skill roll! p_3 + roll 5 + dialogue bonus 2 = 10!.. Bonus success! The mop, despite being several years out of use and in the elements, worked perfectly and didn't drip significantly. And given that Randy had covered up his wound, it was now probably the biggest source of human blood scent nearby. Nearby, an old friend piped up and Crowley hopped across the ground, having been playing with a old bottle, the little creature approached and started sniffing at the end of the mop curiously. It seemed the bloodied mop might be useful as a distraction to throw off a creature's sense of smell if made use of it. Crowley flinched as he stood by Bill, turning around and looking to the south end of the gas station store. He seemed to stare at a large black feather left on the ground. Gary got up and investigative the southern interior of the gas station, keeping an eye out for anything useful. Unfortunately this was the building more than any other had been picked clean during the evacuation years ago, almost anything that wasn't nailed down was taken or had long since been a perishable and spoiled. Overgrowth had begun to settle in and there was a sizable hole in the ceiling acting as a sort of skylight to illuminate the darkened area not several of the electric lights had busted or were just flickering. In the low light, Gary didn't notice something high up on the shelf above and to his left until he passed it and heard the extremely faint puff of breath. He flinched and whirled around, locking onto a pair of eye shine in the darkest corner. A long tail swept out into the light and swayed back in the creature turned around. Large claws gripped the edge of the shelf, detaching from the wall and showing a man sized beast was perched up in the corner, having been curled up until Gary approached. A long snouted, feathery head that reminded Gary of a hawk looked down at him through the falling light. It didn't attack, but it was making sure it was aware of him as it sniffed at the air. The unaltered Deinonychus, the owner of a black feather that had been seen previously, hissed but didn't approach; more warning Gary to back off as it stood up on its perch. A distance away a familiar shriek was heard along with the sounds of shattering wood, indicating it's altered counterpart had woken up and busted out, no doubt making a beeline for the gas station. Gary, do you A. Try to shoot the unaltered Deinonychus with the tranquilizer rifle? (action roll) B. Turn and shoot the altered Deinonychus as it comes into view behind you outside the store? (action roll) C. Stand still and back up slowly, do not panic (skill roll) D. Wave your arms slowly and talk quietly to keep the unaltered Deinonychus' attention on you? (skill roll) Bill, do you A. Throw a flare towards the unaltered Deinonychus to keep it at bay and give Gary time to escape? (skill roll) B. Throw a flare at the altered Deinonychus to try and keep it at bay before it can charge through the glass? (skill roll) C. Throw the mop outside the window to try and draw the scent of blood away from the store? (action roll) D. Approach the back of the store with the mop to draw the altered Deinonychus away from Randy? (action roll) Randy, do you A. Assist Bill in his action? (+4 to Bill's rolls) B. Assist Gary with his action (+4 to Gary's rolls) C. Use the smoke bomb outside of the store to try and keep the altered Deinonychus away? (action roll) D. Use the smoke bomb inside of the store and keep the unaltered Deinonychus at bay? (action roll) ·

I choose C.
Gary: Alright, princess. I'll leave, I know you could very well kill me right here and now, but there will be no need for that. Hmm Atherton said that we should find you, but I'm not sure for what... Maybe to fight fire with fire?
V, go for D.
Dive, assist V.
EDIT: I've got the genders and names for both of the raptors.
Both the original and modified variants are females, named Kuro Hime and Bloody Yandere-chan respectively. Is that okay, Tarb?
